The Kush Coffee Roaster

Our choice was a Has Garanti Roaster, based on their renowned performance - Has Garanti Roasters won 4 of the five top awards in Australia in 2006. We bought a new 12kg model in 2007 (the one to the left), and we still use it today. They are a very traditional design, but they incorporate some fancy new electronics as well. We like the controllability and ease of use, and we the fact it is a bit of a wolf in sheep's clothing (most people think it is really old), but most of all we like it because of the tastes we get from it.
